These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and taya355 ("taya355," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at taya355.net. These Terms apply to all services offered by taya355, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, e-sabong, and all promotional activities.

• Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) taya355 account. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order, whether issued by taya355 or by any relevant gaming authority including PAGCOR.

To access the full range of taya355 services, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate, current, and complete at all times.

When creating your taya355 account, you must:

• Provide your real full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Provide a valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• Provide a valid Philippine mobile number for account verification and security notifications.
• Create a strong, unique password for your account. taya355 recommends a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes. taya355 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify taya355 immediately at [email protected].

taya355 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

taya355 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and cryptocurrency. All transactions on the taya355 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your taya355 wallet. taya355 does not charge a deposit fee on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. taya355 targets same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals submitted before 8:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days.

KYC Requirements: Prior to processing any withdrawal, taya355 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, UMID, SSS ID, or Driver's License) and a selfie holding that ID. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

taya355 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all taya355 bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players with accounts in good standing.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• taya355 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, taya355's decision shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya355 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one taya355 account, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of contact with taya355.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or any automated systems to interact with the taya355 platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any taya355 personnel to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing toward taya355 staff or other players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya355 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any taya355 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the taya355 platform or its underlying software.
• Use the taya355 brand, logo, or any other intellectual property for commercial purposes or in any manner that could damage taya355's reputation.

Any unauthorised use of taya355's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which taya355 reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya355 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the taya355 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of service.
• Technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues beyond taya355's reasonable control.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game software suppliers, or telecommunications operators.

taya355's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the taya355 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya355 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The taya355 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. taya355 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, the accuracy or completeness of any content, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

taya355 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements as described in Section 2.
• Receipt of a lawful order or instruction from PAGCOR, the AMLC, or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Where taya355 reasonably believes that continued access poses a risk of harm — financial, legal, or otherwise — to taya355, other players, or third parties.

Upon termination, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks and provided no funds are subject to investigation or legal hold.

You may also choose to close your taya355 account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the taya355 platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

taya355 operates within the regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints against taya355 that have not been satisfactorily addressed by our internal support team may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

taya355 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, taya355 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the taya355 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the taya355 platform and may close your account as described in Section 11.
